A few things worth knowing before you book
Health & safety
We ask that pets are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Please let us know in advance about any medication, allergies or history of unsafe behaviour, so we can keep everybody safe.
Booking & cancellations
Spaces are limited, so booking early is much appreciated. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a fee. Early pick-ups and late drop-offs do not change the booking that was reserved.
Boarding & home visits
Please bring food, treats, medication and a favourite comfort item. We’d also ask that gardens and gates are secure for walks and drop-ins.
Photos & updates
We send pictures and updates during every stay. With your permission, we sometimes share our favourites on our social pages.
Waiver & policy
Before care begins, we kindly ask you to review and sign our Client Policy & Waiver Form, which covers care standards and emergencies.
