🐾 Things to Know Before Booking
At Bark Buddy, our goal is to make every visit safe, happy, and stress-free for your pets (and you!).
Before we begin any service, please take a moment to review the following important notes. These help us provide the best care possible for your furry family.
💬 Meet & Greet
A free meet & greet is required before your first booking.
It helps us get to know your pet’s routine, behavior, and comfort level.
We love visiting your home to understand their environment and discuss details in person.
🐕 Health & Safety
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.
Please inform us about any medical issues, allergies, or special needs in advance.
We cannot accept pets showing signs of illness, coughing, vomiting, or diarrhea.
For the safety of all, aggressive or unsafe behavior must be disclosed before booking.
🏠 Home Visits & Boarding
Please make sure your home and yard are secure for our drop-ins or walks.
For boarding, we keep a cozy, home-like environment — only a small number of pets at a time to ensure everyone gets attention and love.
Bring your pet’s food, treats, medications, and comfort items (bed, toy, blanket).
📅 Booking & Cancellations
Please book early to secure your spot — limited spaces are available.
Cancellations made within 7 days of service may be subject to a fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows: The deposit and service fees are non-refundable.
Early pick-ups or late drop-offs: The original booking dates and times are non-refundable, as your spot is reserved exclusively for your pet.

We’re happy to care for multiple pets!
Additional rates apply for each extra pet — please ask for details.
💊 Emergencies
In case of a medical emergency, we’ll contact you and your vet right away.
If we can’t reach you, we’ll act in your pet’s best interest and seek immediate care.

We love sharing daily updates and photos so you can see how much fun your pets are having!
With your permission, we may share cute moments on our Bark Buddy social pages.
📝 Waiver & Policy Agreement
Before any service begins, we’ll ask you to review and sign our Client Policy & Waiver Form — it covers safety, care standards, and emergency protocols.
